Transformational Leaders Define The Rules



In change projects, structures are often being disabled, and new ones are being created. Top management does not have views on every aspect or detail of operations. Therefore middle and lower management may find many areas that need rules defined. If these rules are not clear, business, departments may not function smoothly.
